  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • onion
  • carrots
  • red bell pepper
  • celery stalk
  • zucchini
  • 2 sprigs of scallions
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 6 glasses of water

       For dressing:

  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • egg yolk
  • 3-4 drops of lemon

How to Make Seasoned Vegetable Soup Recipe?

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pot. Add 1 dried onion cut into cubes and fry until soft.

  2. Add 2 diced carrots at 1-minute intervals, 1 red bell pepper, 1 celery stalk, 1 zucchini and 2 sprigs of spring onion and continue frying.

  3. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 6 cups of water to the pot and mix. Cover and let it boil.

  4. While the soup begins to boil, whisk 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg yolk and 3-4 drops of lemon in a bowl where you add half a glass of yogurt for seasoning until it reaches a smooth consistency.

  5. Take a ladle of the boiling water of the soup and pour it slowly and equalize the temperatures.

  6. Reduce the bottom of the boiled soup and gradually add the marinades to the soup pot.

  7. Cook on low heat for 10 more minutes and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
