Take care to chop all the vegetables in equal sizes so that they are cooked at the same time.
How to Make Seasoned Vegetable Soup Recipe?
Heat 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pot. Add 1 dried onion cut into cubes and fry until soft.
Add 2 diced carrots at 1-minute intervals, 1 red bell pepper, 1 celery stalk, 1 zucchini and 2 sprigs of spring onion and continue frying.
Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 6 cups of water to the pot and mix. Cover and let it boil.
While the soup begins to boil, whisk 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg yolk and 3-4 drops of lemon in a bowl where you add half a glass of yogurt for seasoning until it reaches a smooth consistency.
