  • 350 grams of mushrooms
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper

    If lumps occur while roasting flour and butter, you can bring it to a smooth              consistency with the help of a blender.

How to Make Mushroom Soup with Milk?

  1. Boil 350 grams of diced mushrooms together with the juice of 1 lemon and enough water to cover it.


  2. In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil.


  3. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and fry.


  4. Add 1 glass of milk slowly and continuously to the lightly coloured flour.


  5. Add 4 cups of water, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and the mushrooms you have boiled and strained, stir and cook until it boils.


  6. When the soup begins to boil, turn down the heat, cook for another 5 minutes, and your mushroom soup with milk is ready. Enjoy your meal!
